Empowering Dreams: Construction Resources Partners with St. Jude for Dream Home Giveaway
In Memphis, Tennessee, St. Jude Research Hospital stands tall in the fight against pediatric catastrophic diseases, especially childhood cancer. What sets St. Jude apart is their unwavering commitment: families are never billed for treatment, travel, housing, or food, relying entirely on donations to carry out their life-saving mission.
At Construction Resources, we’re honored to have teamed up with St. Jude for their renowned Dream Home Giveaway. This initiative, one of their largest fundraising programs, recently reached Atlanta’s heart with our partnership. In our Millcroft community in Buford, Georgia, the dream took shape—a beautiful home constructed entirely through donations, including labor and materials courtesy of Construction Resources and other sponsors.
What made this project even more special was the collaboration with The Providence Group. This remarkable milestone could not have been reached without the exceptionally generous contribution of all the necessary labor and materials for building this home. Their steadfast backing and commitment have significantly influenced the success of this project and through everyone’s collaborative efforts, 1.5 million dollars was raised for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. This significant contribution will go directly towards their mission of Finding Cures and Saving Children.
Additionally, our dedicated staff had the privilege of signing the floor of this home, a testament to the heart and soul that went into its creation. The home generously outfitted with Kichler lighting fixtures and bulbs, shone brightly as a symbol of hope and possibility.
Being part of the St. Jude Dream Home giveaway was more than just a collaboration; it was a chance to contribute to a cause that echoes our values. The seamless blend of Construction Resources’ expertise and Kichler’s illuminating touch created not just a house, but a sanctuary. We are profoundly proud to have played a role in this endeavor.
